Policy scope and effective date
This BPM calculator privacy policy explains the launch data practices for BPMCalculator.site, operated by BPMCalculator.site, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It is effective August 29, 2026 and applies to the public website, its browser calculations, and messages sent to support@bpmcalculator.site.
It does not govern another website reached through a link, your browser vendor, internet provider, email provider, or a third-party product in which you reuse a result.
Calculation fields remain local
Tempo, beat unit, meter, note selection, duration, bars, sample rate, display precision, and tempo-map segment fields are processed by code in the current page. The launch application does not send those field values to an application API, create an account profile, place them in a cloud project, or store them in a server-side calculation history.
Results exist in the page’s working memory. Reset clears visible inputs and outputs to the documented defaults. Closing or navigating away ordinarily ends that state, although a browser may independently restore a page or form from its own history or crash-recovery features.
Copying a result asks the browser to place selected text on the device clipboard. Clipboard access and retention are controlled by the browser and operating system, not by a BPMCalculator.site account.
Ordinary website requests
Loading any web page requires network communication. BPMCalculator.site is planned for hosting on Vercel. A hosting request may include the IP address used for the connection, requested URL, date and time, browser or user-agent information, referrer where supplied, and security or delivery diagnostics.
BPMCalculator.site may rely on that operational information to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose availability, and respond to abuse. It is different from the musical values typed into a calculation form. Retention and processing by infrastructure providers follow their applicable service arrangements and security needs.
The launch product does not integrate a separate advertising network or application analytics vendor. It does not build a behavioral advertising profile from calculator use.
Cookies and browser storage
The application contract sets no cookies and writes no calculation state to localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB at launch. The separate cookies page provides a category table and explains the distinction between site code, hosting controls, browser restoration, and external destinations.
Browser settings, extensions, managed-device software, and network intermediaries can operate independently. Clearing browser data may remove browser-controlled restoration, but it cannot retract an email already sent.
Voluntary support email
If you email support, BPMCalculator.site receives the address, message content, headers, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to understand and answer the request, maintain an appropriate support record, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Do not include audio files, unpublished projects, passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or unrelated personal data. Formula and interface reports should use a minimal numeric example. Correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary for the request, security, dispute prevention, or law, then deleted or de-identified under operational practices.
Disclosure and service providers
Information may be processed by vendors that provide hosting, email, security, and operational infrastructure under their respective arrangements. BPMCalculator.site may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
The company does not sell calculation field values; those values are not received by the application. The site does not offer a data marketplace or cross-context behavioral advertising program.
Security and international processing
Reasonable administrative and technical measures can reduce risk, but no internet service or email channel is perfectly secure. Do not send secrets merely because the local calculator itself is private by design.
Infrastructure and support processing may occur in the United States and other locations used by service providers. Applicable safeguards and rights depend on the jurisdiction and processing context.
Rights and choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. Email support@bpmcalculator.site with “Privacy request,” the right requested, and enough context to locate relevant correspondence.
There is no account dashboard and generally no calculation record for us to locate. Verification, when required, will be proportionate to the request. You may also contact an appropriate data-protection authority where that right applies.
Age, changes, and contact
The service is intended for people at least 16 years old. It is not designed to solicit children’s personal information. If you believe a younger person sent personal data through support email, contact us with the minimum information needed to investigate.
Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and revised page. Continued use after a change is governed by the posted policy to the extent permitted by law.
